MAINTENANCE RENEWAL

Customers with version 7 products and valid maintenance can renew their maintenance, as long as their contract has not expired.

Customers with old versions of WebTrends with expired maintenance cannot purchase a new maintenance contract without first buying the latest version. Customers can do this via the 'Get Current Scheme'.
