Jacarta© is a leading supplier of environmental monitoring and power monitoring equipment for the IT, retail, domestic and financial sectors.

Our environmental monitoring devices can be equipped with remote temperature, humidity, water leak, smoke, voltage and security sensors. Computer room monitoring solutions can include both power monitoring equipment and environmental monitoring devices. Our products are designed for easy, out-of-the-box operation.

Located in Marlborough, England, Jacarta has been supplying environmental monitoring devices and systems to the IT industry since 1999. In 2004, with the launch of ZonePod, we introduced the first of our new products designed for multiple applications both in the IT sector and elsewhere.

Our product philosophy is to provide highly reliable solutions that are not only straightforward to install and use, but also extremely cost-effective, so that the return on investment for our end-user customers can be as rapid as possible.

The Jacarta Alert Centre facility is a subscription-based service that works in conjunction with our environmental monitoring devices to provide automatic alarm notification via email, SMS and voice alarm messages (to landline or mobile phones) to up to 6 recipients. The alerting process ensures key personnel are notified and the alarm acted upon via an escalation and acknowledgement process. Easy access to change personnel details, contact numbers, etc. is available via the Jacarta Alert Centre Login facility on this website.

Voice & SMS Alerts

The Jacarta Alert Centre sends messages to your proprietary order of 'Contacts' as follows:

Immediately:

After 30 Seconds:

After 2 Minutes

After a Further 2 Minutes:

The installed location is telephoned.

'Contact 1' is notified by telephone, text and email.

'Contact 2' is notified by telephone, text and email.

'Contact 3' is notified by telephone, text and email.

If a contact responds to any alert message, the remaining messages are not sent, and all previously notified personnel will receive a new message informing them that someone is taking action.
