AUTHORIZED Partner - Training, Certification & Commitments
COMPUTERLINKS provides training courses to help Partners gain the required certification for the Authorized Partner level. These certification requirements must be maintained in order to retain this level of discounts and benefits it holds.
Definition
Authorized Partners resell Clearswift technology sourced via COMPUTERLINKS after accreditation. They are expected to have a minimum of trained staff however some may elect not to provide either support or consulting services, relying on the expertise of COMPUTERLINKS staff to perform such functions (chargeable).

Managed Service
1 x employee certified in the following:

Commitment
- Must submit monthly forecasts and be capable of generating £20k+ revenue per quarter
- Must maintain 1 trained engineer on all MIMEsweeper products on staff
- Must have 1 trained sales person
PREMIUM Partner - Training, Certification & Commitments
COMPUTERLINKS provides training courses to help Partners gain the required certification for the Premium Partner level. These certification requirements must be maintained in order to retain this level of discounts and benefits it holds.
Definition
Are long standing resellers of the MIMEsweeper technology. They have demonstrable security expertise, but may focus on either specific vertical sectors or geographical areas. Each Premium Partner will have Clearswift accredited personnel experienced in the sale and deployment of MIMEsweeper technology. However some Premium partners may only be accredited to resell specific products from the Clearswift portfolio. Account management is provided via combination of Clearswift and COMPUTERLINKS staff.
