The my.computerlinks portal provides secure access and reporting on pricing, accounting data, order status and is available to all COMPUTERLINKS customers. Access from a web browser, the portal pulls data from the COMPUTERLINKS enterprise resource planning system. This system has proven to be an invaluable tool across our partners’ business units.

Quotes and Invoices
All quotes and invoices in progress or completed can be retrieved and viewed.

Orders
Query orders by product, date, serial number, PO number, invoice number. Filter orders by end customer and keep track of delivery addresses.

Favourites
Add products and services to a favourites list for quick retrieval.

Serial number validation
Search or find serial numbers and see related order document. Support data indicates whether to call COMPUTERLINKS or the vendor for support.

Accounting
Complete account history can be seen detailing date, Document and PO number, amount and status. Account history can then be filtered by date, payment type, status and currency. Quote and Order history is also available. Credits and debits made to or from the account can also be seen.

Product and Price Finding
Navigate with ease through the extensive COMPUTERLINKS portfolio to find products, pricing and other related information. Pricing information includes RRP and ‘Your Pricing’.

Secure & Granular Access Control
Allowing customers to define their user roles and create or edit users.
